Detailed wedding timeline creation & distribution to all vendors, venue, wedding party and family
Full vendor & venue coordination (including contract reviews, final meetings and confirmations)
Up to 5 client planning meetings + up to 3 vendor coordination meetings
Unlimited email support + monthly check-ins in the final months
Professional rehearsal (1 hour) + full wedding day coverage with 1 coordinator assistant included (up to 200 guests)
Single point of contact starting 8 weeks before the wedding — all changes, calls and emails go through me
