How much of the planning do we actually
have to do ourselves?
That's completely up to you. Some couples want to be part of every single decision — others want to hand it off and just show up on the day. I work both ways. We'll figure out what feels right for you in our first call, and I'll adjust my whole process to match. There's no wrong answer.
What does it look like to get personalized wedding or proposal planning with you?
Working with me means you get a wedding that actually feels like you, not a copy-paste Pinterest board. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages, which is why everything I do is completely tailored to your style, vibe, and budget.

How far in advance should
we reach out?
Ideally 9-12 months out — that gives us the best shot at your top venue and vendor picks. But if your timeline is shorter, don't let that stop you. I've made tight timelines work and yours is no different.
Do you have vendors
you recommend?
Yes — I have a vetted list of Austin and Hill Country vendors I trust. But if you have someone in mind already or want to go a different direction, that works too.
What if we've already started planning on our own?
That's actually most of my clients. I review what you've done, fill the gaps, and take over the parts that stress you out. You don't need to start from zero for this to work.
How do we
get started?
Book a free consultation on my website. We hop on a video call, you tell me about your wedding, and I'll tell you how I can help. If it's a good fit, we go from there. Simple as that.
What happens after
the free consultation?
If we're a good fit, I send you a contract to review and sign. Once that's done, we officially start — vendor coordination, timelines, budget planning, and bringing your vision to life. You'll know what's next every step of the way.
What's the difference between full, partial, and à la carte wedding planning?
Full planning means I’m with you from the start—handling venues, vendors, design, and day-of execution. Partial planning steps in when you’ve started but hit an overwhelming point; I’ll fill the gaps and tie it all together.
For targeted help, I offer à la carte wedding planning in Austin. This is perfect for standalone services like dedicated venue research, contract reviews, or planning your rehearsal dinner. Whichever you choose, I'm here to make your journey stress-free!
How much does wedding coordination cost in Austin, and can you help with budgets?
My packages start at $1,700 for Month-Of coordination. Partial planning is $3,200 (which includes a budget meeting), and Full planning starts at $4,200.
If you go with Full planning, managing the numbers is a big part of what I do. I’m direct about what’s worth spending on and where you can save. I’ll track your budget through the entire process and flag anything before it becomes a problem — no surprise costs and no uncomfortable conversations later.
